Dorothy Bouley

Dorothy Bouley began their work experience in 1991 as the Director of Benefits at The Providence Journal. Dorothy transitioned to Acushnet Company in 2001 and held various roles including Director of Benefits, Sr. Director of Benefits & Wellness, and is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent & Culture.

Dorothy Bouley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from Bryant University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Dorothy furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification on "Why Trust Matters with Rachel Botsman" from LinkedIn in the year 2022.
