Kevin McDonald

Kevin McDonald has extensive work experience in the field of total rewards and compensation. Kevin most recently served as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Acushnet Company. Prior to that, they held the same role at Indigo from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Kevin was the Head of Total Rewards at athenahealth, and from 2015 to 2017, they served as the Head of Executive Compensation and Equity at Shire. Before that, they held various roles in executive compensation and compensation management at Covidien, Hologic, Towers Watson, Pearl Meyer & Partners, and Fidelity Investments.

Kevin McDonald holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Kevin also completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
