Mai Nguyen

Mai Nguyen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and commercialization within the footwear industry. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Acushnet Company since May 2024, Mai previously held roles at Allbirds as a Senior Development Commercialization Manager and Commercialization Manager from July 2021 to May 2024. During this time, Mai facilitated the transition of products from development to production while ensuring compliance with quality and risk assessment standards. Earlier experience at Amer Sports Corporation as an Industrial Engineer focused on aligning product development with design specifications and cost targets. Mai also contributed to Nike Vietnam as a Category Commercialization Leader, managing product commercialization and ensuring high standards in sample delivery throughout the development process.
