Javon Barnwell

Javon Barnwell earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and his Masters of Business Administration & Global Learning from SUNY Empire State College. He has served in the Healthcare industry for approximately 15 years.

At that time, Javon spent 10 years in the Human Resources arena, managing the various functions of HR. Over the years, he has developed a solid skill set with employee engagement and has proven successful with organizational communication and culture transformation.
