Dirck Bogaert

Dirck Bogaert has extensive experience in labor relations and social issues, currently serving as a Raadsheer in Sociale Zaken at Arbeidshof Gent since July 2023. Bogaert has been with Volvo Cars Gent since July 1984, holding various roles including Verkozen mandaat Ondernemingsraad, Vakbondsafgevaardigde, Union Representative, and Supervisor Maintenance. Additionally, Bogaert has been a member of the European Workers Council since September 2018. Involvement with the ACV, Algemeen Christelijk Vakverbond, began in July 2006, with roles such as member of the Bestuurlijke Raad and Voorzitter of the Automobielcommissie ACV Puls. Prior to current positions, Bogaert served as a Rechter in Sociale Zaken at Arbeidsrechtbank Antwerpen from May 2019 to August 2023, contributing significantly to social justice and labor representation.
