Philip Almey

Philip Almey is an experienced coach, trainer, and consultant currently serving as a staff member at ACV since May 2023. With a rich background in coaching and training, Philip has held positions at inCoaching and NextStep coaching, specializing in career coaching, MBTI, assertive communication, and non-violent communication. Previous roles include career coach at ARABEL, trainer in labor integration at Alexander Calder, and management consultant at U-Vision, focusing on project and change management for IT companies. Philip also led projects at UltraGenda in healthcare software development and managed projects at Man Machine Interface Services. Education includes certifications in non-violent communication, MBTI, and coaching, culminating in a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven'.
