Amanda Mckernan is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at ACV Auctions, Amanda manages teams focused on Identity & Organizations, arbitrations, and order management, while implementing Lean Agile practices and enhancing security and compliance standards. Previous roles include Manager of Web & Mobile Development at HealthNow New York Inc., where Amanda oversaw a large team and led the implementation of HITRUST security standards, as well as coordinating technology strategy across departments. Amanda's professional journey also includes technical roles that contributed to both web and mobile development, project management, and customer service excellence. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Digital Media Arts from Canisius University.
