Aditya Narayan Singh Deo

Aditya Narayan Singh Deo's work experience includes various roles in HR advisory and management positions. Aditya Narayan is currently the Head of HR Advisory at ACWA Power, where they are responsible for developing the people strategy for the company's power and water production plants across multiple countries. Prior to this, they held the same role at Riyad Bank and SABB, two major banks in Saudi Arabia. Before that, they had a series of roles at HSBC, including Head of Learning and Development, Head of HR Advisory in Oman, Head of HR in Singapore, Country Head of Human Resources in Bangladesh, and Head of Organizational Development and Employee Relations in India. Aditya Narayan also worked at Asian Paints as a Human Resources Manager and at Mindtree as a Senior Associate. Aditya Narayan'scareer began with a summer internship at Owens Corning.

Aditya Narayan Singh Deo completed an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur from 1999 to 2001. In 2007, they attended the HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, they obtained a degree in Economics, Statistics, and Industrial Mathematics from Fergusson College. Aditya also attended Mayo College, Ajmer from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they received a certification in MBTI from The Myers & Briggs Foundation in 2005.
