Ahsen Saeed

Ahsen Saeed has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Ahsen is currently working as the Vice President BU PM - Regional CFO MEA at ACWA Power since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Saudi Tabreed District Cooling Company from March 2014 to April 2022. Ahsen also held the position of Project Finance Director at Vision Invest (Vision International Investment Company) from July 2011 to February 2014. Ahsen has extensive experience in project finance and business development as they worked as the Project Finance - Business Development lead at AES Oasis Dubai- The AES Corporation from July 2010 to July 2011. Ahsen also served as the Finance Director - Middle East (Pakistan, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, UAE) at AES Oasis Dubai and held various finance and accounting roles within the company from 1999 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Manager at Toyota Rawal Motors from November 1995 to December 1999.

Ahsen Saeed has a degree in Cost and Management Accounting from the University of Central Punjab, which they obtained from 1993 to 2001. Ahsen also has a qualification in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA Pakistan).
