Badis Derradji

Badis Derradji has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Badis began their career as an Engineer at Sonelgaz in 1999 before joining AEC in 2001, where they held various positions including Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Projects Director. In 2007, they became the CEO of NEAL, a role they held until 2012. Since then, Badis has been working at ACWA Power, initially as the Regional Managing Director and currently as the Executive Vice President - Portfolio Management - Africa.

Badis Derradji obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from INELEC in 1998. Additionally, they have earned certifications in "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" from LinkedIn in 2021 and "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion" from LinkedIn in 2020.
