Chen Yu is a project finance and investment professional with over 8 years of experience specializing in renewable energy and infrastructure projects across MENA, Central Asia, and Africa. They currently lead significant renewable energy projects at ACWA Power, including the first 1G Wind IPP in Central Asia and various large-scale solar and wind developments in Uzbekistan and Egypt. Chen has a background in corporate banking and global markets from their time at Bank of China and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from EDHEC Business School.
