Elen Cross

Elen Cross has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Elen began their career as a Solicitor at Buddle Findlay in 1999 before moving on to become an Associate at Hogan Lovells in 2001. In 2006, they joined Tube Lines as a Senior Legal Counsel. Elen then transitioned to ACWA Power in 2011, where they held the position of Executive Director-Assets until 2017. Elen went on to serve as the Head of Legal at NOMAC: First National Operation & Maintenance Co. Ltd from 2017 to 2021. Elen then worked as the Deputy Head of Legal at Vision Invest (Vision International Investment Company) in 2021. In 2023, they took on the role of General Counsel at Capton Energy before ultimately becoming the Executive Director - Legal (O&M) at ACWA Power.

Elen Cross attended Kings' College in Auckland, New Zealand from 1991 to 1992. Elen then pursued a BCom/LLB degree at The University of Auckland from 1993 to 1997.
