Hessah al-Moammar

Hessah Al-Moammar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Hessah started their career in 2011 at Saudi Hollandi Bank, where they worked as an HR Officer in various areas such as talent acquisition, training, and career development. In 2014, they were promoted to HR Assistant Manager. Hessah then moved to Banque Saudi Fransi in 2017 as an HR Business Partner.

In 2018, Al-Moammar joined SABB, where they held several positions over the years. Hessah started as a Development Business Partner and later became a Corporate Culture Senior Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR Business Partner.

Most recently, Al-Moammar worked at a confidential company in 2022 as a VP of HR. Hessah will be joining ACWA Power in 2023 as a VP of People and Culture.

Hessah Al-Moammar obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Brunel University London, completing the program from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Hessah earned a Bachelor's degree in English Translation from King Saud University. In 2020, Hessah also obtained a certification in Coaching Leading Program (CLP) from the International Coach Federation - Central Florida Charter Chapter.
