Mothana Alodhaib

Mothana Alodhaib has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mothana started their career as an Assistant Account Representative at Saudi Hollandi Bank in 2006. Mothana later joined the Saudi Students Association as a Public Relations Representative and served in that role until 2012.

In 2013, Mothana interned as an Engineer at ACWA Power, where they gained practical experience in power and desalination plants. Mothana worked on construction, commissioning, and operational activities, as well as contributed to a potential renewable energy project with the business development department.

Mothana continued their professional journey at ACWA Power, progressing through various roles including Manager of Business Development, Senior Business Development Manager, and Executive Manager of Business Development. In 2021, they became the Director of Business Development and was later promoted to Executive Director of Business Development in 2023.

Additionally, Mothana served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Shuqaiq Water and Electricity Company from 2018 until 2021.

Mothana Alodhaib started their education at the College Preparatory Center (CPC) - Saudi Aramco in 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they attended the Colorado School of Mines, majoring in chemistry. Later, from 2007 to 2011, they studied at RMIT University, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biotechnology. In 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Energy Systems at the University of Melbourne, completing it in 2013.
