Osama Javed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, innovation, and digital transformation within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager for Leadership Programs at ACWA Power, Osama leads the Leadership Accelerator Programme aimed at cultivating future leaders. Prior roles include Manager of Innovation & New Technologies at NOMAC, where Osama spearheaded initiatives in solar energy and digital solutions, and Senior Technical Consultant at GE Digital, focusing on renewable energy digital transformation. With a background in project management and performance analysis at various notable companies such as HUBCO and Sharif International Group, Osama holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from NUST, complemented by further studies in corporate leadership and finance from prestigious institutions.
