Shahd Redwan

Shahd Redwan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as the Director Head of P&C for the Shuaibah Cluster and Jeddah Office at ACWA Power, Shahd leads P&C activities and acts as the primary contact for P&C-related initiatives. Previously, Shahd was the Director of Business Support for the Red Sea portfolio, overseeing outsourced activities in HR, Admin, IT, and supply chain for project companies in the Shuaibah Region. With a career spanning over 15 years at Shuaibah Water and Electricity Company, roles included Corporate Services Manager, HR & Administration Section Head, and HR & Administration Unit Supervisor, focusing on operational strategies and compliance in human resources. Shahd began the career as a Help Desk Supervisor at Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors. Shahd holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics from King AbdulAziz University.
