Zulfa Abdulkareem

Zulfa Abdulkareem has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and auditing. Zulfa currently works at ACWA Power as the Vice President/ Head of Culture & Employee Experience. Prior to that, they worked at Riyad Bank for several years, holding positions such as SVP/ Head of People Strategy & Experience Department, SVP/ Head of HR Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness, and SVP/ Head of Recruitment Department. Earlier in their career, they held roles as Senior Manager/ Senior Auditor, Manager/ Senior Internal Auditor, Assistant Manager/ Internal Auditor, and Officer/ Associate Internal Auditor at Riyad Bank. Additionally, they also worked as a Unit Supervisor Statistics & Information.

Zulfa Abdulkareem holds a BA in Business Administration from King Saud University, which was obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, Zulfa attended Al-Tarbia Al-Islamia School for high school, completing in 2003. In 2016, Zulfa attended Harvard Business School and completed the Leadership Development Program, specializing in organizational leadership. In 2019, Zulfa participated in the Riyadh Bank Leadership Program at Cass Business School and later completed the Certified Coaching Program at Hult Ashridge in 2020. Currently, in 2022, Zulfa is completing the Executive Education in Advanced HR at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, Zulfa has obtained the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program certification from the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education in 2022.
