Cecilia Simonsson

Cecilia Simonsson has a diverse work experience in the transport and logistics sector. Cecilia founded adacto people, a company that provides staffing solutions for the transportation and logistics industry. Cecilia believes in inclusivity and recruiting smart talent to strengthen Sweden's competitiveness. Prior to this, Cecilia served as the Chairman and co-owner of Convexa Invest AB, one of DHL's largest players in Sweden. Their responsibilities included maintaining profitability across all areas of the company. Earlier in their career, they were the CEO of VGT i Göteborg, a DHL partner based in Gothenburg. During their tenure, they successfully expanded the business, doubling the number of employees and significantly increasing revenue.

Cecilia Simonsson's education history includes several academic experiences in different fields. In 2007-2009, they attended Ky Akademien, where they pursued studies in logistics. Subsequently, in 2013, they enrolled at the University of Gothenburg, first focusing on social psychology and then transitioning to psychology. Most recently, in 2022, Cecilia began their education at the IHM Business School, studying business management.
