Joshua Payton has accumulated extensive work experience in various customer-focused roles. Starting as a Server/Floor Manager at 54th Street Bar and Grill in 2007, they transitioned to positions at Lockton Affinity as a Senior Account Manager in 2014, and then to Elixir, where they served as an Account Manager and later as an Account Executive. Their most recent roles include working at Panopto as an Education Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, and currently, they hold the position of Client Success Lead at Ad Astra.

Joshua Payton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at Northwest Missouri State University from 2009 to 2011.
