Richard Forsythe

Richard Forsythe is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as Fractional CTO at Ad Badger since July 2025, where significant improvements to engineering workflows and feature ingestion processes have been made. Concurrently, Forsythe is a Board Advisor and Fractional CTO at Slice, assisting in the development of innovative solutions for life science teams. Previously, as CRCM, CPTO, and CIO at Kindbody from February 2020 to February 2025, Forsythe contributed to a remarkable company growth of over 2,000% while managing various critical teams. In the role of Chief Technology Officer at Sterling Brokers from April 2017 to January 2020, Forsythe helped the company achieve over 1,000% growth by transforming strategic discussions into operational applications. Earlier, as Vice President of Engineering at exhale Spa, Forsythe was responsible for building a capable engineering team to meet the company’s evolving demands.
