Ester Robards

Ester Robards has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ester started their career as an Associate Appraiser at Moegenburg Research, Inc in 2005, where they appraised commercial properties and compiled demographic data. Ester then worked as a Case Coordinator at the National Arbitration Forum, managing communication between parties involved in dispute resolution cases. In 2008, Ester joined the Missouri Housing Development Commission as a Rental Production Intern, assisting with market research and low-income housing tax credit analysis. Ester later became a Junior Underwriter and then an Underwriter at the same company, analyzing applications and overseeing projects from application to loan closing.

In 2011, Ester joined Bear Development as a Project Manager, where they wrote funding applications and managed multi-million dollar affordable housing deals. Ester then worked as a Production Coordinator at Reader's Digest Association, coordinating ad processing and assisting with photo studio projects. In 2015, Ester joined Minnesota Housing as a Multifamily Underwriter, where they built and implemented Salesforce systems and analyzed funding options.

From 2017 to 2021, Ester served as a Senior Project Coordinator at the City of Minneapolis, acting as a product steward for Salesforce implementation and managing projects. Ester also negotiated underwriting terms and supervised project implementation. Most recently, Ester worked as a Project Manager at OSF Digital, overseeing projects and managing their implementation.

In 2022, Ester is currently working as a Project Manager at Ad Victoriam Solutions.

Ester Robards obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Marquette University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Urban Planning at The University of Kansas, where they studied from 2007 to 2009.
