Blaine Swartz

Blaine Swartz is a seasoned architect and quality control manager with extensive experience in project management and architectural services. Currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at ADA Architects, Inc. since June 2021, Blaine previously worked as a project manager for both Dimit Architects and The Garland Company, Inc. Blaine's career in architecture began at ADA Architects, where responsibilities included developing high-quality construction documents and managing client relationships. Prior experience also includes a role as a draftsman at Arcanum Architecture, contributing to construction document production and 3D modeling. Blaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
