Tom Skilling

Tom Skilling is an experienced professional with a diverse background in childcare and ministry. Currently the owner of Plainfield Child Care since June 2022 and previously of Creative Child Care Center from December 2020 to August 2023, Tom has demonstrated a commitment to early childhood education. Alongside this, Tom has been involved with Ada Bible Church since October 2013, serving in various pastoral roles including Director of Community Groups and Stewardship, Small Groups Pastor, and Youth Pastor. Additionally, Tom has been a LifePlan Guide at Paterson Center since December 2016, assisting individuals in developing personalized strategic life plans. Tom Skilling holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University and multiple degrees from Cornerstone University, including a Master of Arts in Intercultural Ministries and a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Religion, as well as studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan.
