Alison Richardson

Alison Richardson has extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Alison began their career as an HR Consultant at NCR in 1998 and later worked as an HR Consultant at Network Rail in 2003. Alison then returned to NCR and held various roles, including HR Consultant, HR Strategic Business Partner, Interim HR VP for the Financial Services Division, and HR Director. In 2014, they joined NCR Corporation as a Human Resources Director and later became a Human Resources Vice President, supporting the Chief Operating Officer and various other executives. In 2018, they joined Travelport as the Group HR VP for Technology and the Americas region. Alison later held several leadership roles at Travelport, including Group VP Global People Business Partner Organization, VP People Business Partners and People Operations, and currently serves as the VP People Business Partners, Payroll and People Operations.

Alison Richardson obtained a BSc degree in Economics with Accountancy from Loughborough University between the years 1994-1997. Alison then pursued their MSc degree in Human Resources from Aston University during the academic year 1997-1998.
