Ahmet Kivrak

Ahmet Kivrak has a strong background in talent acquisition and people experience. From September 2019 to January 2024, they worked at Ada Health, where they held the positions of Director of Global Talent Acquisition & People Experience and Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & People Analytics. In these roles, they were responsible for leading talent acquisition, sourcing, employer branding, and people analytics, as well as defining strategies and improving key performance indicators. Prior to Ada Health, Ahmet worked at Uberall as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding from May 2016 to August 2019. Ahmet also has experience at Westhouse Group as a Team Lead Recruiting from September 2014 to April 2016, and at Robert Half as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from July 2012 to August 2014. Ahmet started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at PERM4 | Permanent Recruiting GmbH from September 2011 to July 2012.

Ahmet Kivrak has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Economics & Social Sciences from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Ahmet also holds a diploma in Business Administration from Handelsakademie Perg. Additionally, Ahmet has obtained a certification as a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in 2023.
