Claire Novorol

Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer at Ada

Claire Novorol is the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Ada, a company that uses artificial intelligence to diagnose and treat health conditions. Claire is also a mentor at the Creative Destruction Lab.

Novorol began their career as a Wellcome Trust PhD Fellow at the University of Cambridge. Claire then worked as an Honorary Specialist Registrar in Clinical Genetics at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In 2007, they joined the NHS as an Academic Clinical Fellow and Specialist Registrar in Clinical Genetics.

In 2009, Novorol joined Doctorpreneurs, a company that helps doctors develop and launch their own businesses. Claire then moved to Ada Health, where they served as the Head of Medicine.

Novorol has a medical degree from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Oxford.

Claire Novorol has a wide range of educational experiences, from online courses at Harvard Business School to a clinical research fellowship and PhD at the University of Cambridge. Claire also has a degree in medicine from the University of Bristol and a certification in design strategy from IDEO U.
