Tauseef Mehrali

Tauseef Mehrali has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tauseef is currently working at Ada Health as the VP of Medical Safety & Regulatory Affairs, overseeing the regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams. Tauseef played a key role in the certification process of their product portfolio. Previously, they served as the Director of Medical Safety & Clinical Evaluation, where they had additional responsibilities in the evaluation of the benefit:risk ratio and clinical studies. Before joining Ada Health, Tauseef worked at the University of Surrey as a Visiting Lecturer, where they taught postgraduate students on 'Ethics and AI in Healthcare'. Tauseef also held positions at Suvera, iPlato Healthcare, and Jeem. Tauseef has a background in general practice, having served as a GP Partner at Willow Tree Family Doctors and as an Associate GP. Tauseef has also been involved in various roles at organizations like NICE, BMJ, The Caversham Group Practice, and the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Tauseef Mehrali completed their secondary education at King Edward's School, Birmingham from 1990 to 1998, obtaining GCSEs and A-Levels. They then attended the University of Cambridge from 1998 to 2001, earning an MA (Hons) degree in Medical Sciences. Tauseef pursued further studies at the University of Birmingham from 2001 to 2004, completing an MBChB (Hons) degree in Medicine. They have obtained various additional certifications throughout their career, including the MRCGP, MRCPCH, and certifications in clinical risk management, clinical evaluation for medical devices, and post-market surveillance and vigilance.
