Michael Chang

Michael Chang is an experienced product manager currently serving as Group Product Manager for AI Agent at Ada since March 2020, following roles as Principal and Senior Product Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Product Manager for Merchant Experience at Ritual.co from June 2018 to March 2020 and co-founding Mealhome from June 2017 to May 2018. Michael also worked at Bell in various capacities, including Product Manager for Fibe TV Apps and Data Analyst in Retention, as well as a Customer Operations Intern. Michael Chang holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, completed a semester abroad at ESCP Business School, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Morrison Academy.
