Currently serving as the Head of IDC Operations at GLP and the VP of Global Operations at Ada Infrastructure, Kristen previously held positions such as President & Managing Director Europe at Salute Mission Critical, Director Search Solutions at Cielo Talent, and Partner at Critical Facility Search Partners, Inc. With a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration from Marquette University, Kristen's career has been focused on talent acquisition, executive search, and operational management.
