Mitchell Hageman

Research Engineer at ADA Technologies, Inc.

Mitchell Hageman is a seasoned research scientist with comprehensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving at the United States Air Force Academy since October 2015. Concurrently, Mitchell holds a position as a research engineer at ADA Technologies, Inc., and has been a graduate research assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since June 2010. Prior to these roles, Mitchell contributed as a graduate research/teaching assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2008 to May 2010, where responsibilities included instrumentation and testing for fusion reactor cooling components and leading undergraduate engineering classes. Early career experiences included an international co-op engineering position at Sauer-Danfoss, focusing on production line improvements and LEAN manufacturing techniques. Mitchell Hageman earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master’s from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s from Iowa State University.
