Lynette Nabbosa FRSA ACMI is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in academia and social enterprises. As Co-Founder of Elimu since June 2019, Lynette has actively contributed to the field of education and social innovation. Current roles include serving as an Ada Ventures Scout and as an Employee Experience Consultant for Oxfam. Additional positions include Strategy Associate at Behaviour Change and Schools Facilitator at the Social Enterprise Academy International. Lynette's past experience includes anti-racism consulting for The Children's Society and lectures at the University for the Creative Arts and Bloomsbury Institute London, where significant leadership roles included chairing the Widening Participation Forum and acting as Academic Lead for the Equality, Diversion, and Inclusion Committee.
