Boris Bajić

Boris Bajić has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Boris started their career as a Student Demonstrator at the Faculty of Economics Banja Luka in 2007. From there, they joined the Insurance Agency of Republika Srpska as a Senior Supervisor in 2011. In 2016, they transitioned to the Adacta Group where they held roles such as Business Analyst and Head Of Business Analysis. In 2019, Boris became the Chief Product Officer of Adacta, a position they held until September 2022. In March 2020, Boris also took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Adacta. Overall, Boris Bajić has demonstrated leadership and analytical skills throughout their career.

Boris Bajić began their education at Gimnazija Banja Luka, where they completed their high school education from 2002 to 2006. Boris then pursued their higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Boris went on to attend the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they pursued a Master of Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Sciences degree, specializing in Actuarial Science. Concurrently, they also enrolled in Tilburg University, completing a Master of Economics degree in Actuarial Science from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Boris Bajić obtained the certification of Certified Actuary from the Insurance Agency of Republika Srpska in September 2015.
