Ryan Kuechler

Ryan Kuechler has had a varied career in Human Resources and Influencer Marketing. In 2023, they began working as Manager, Influencer Strategy and Success for AdAction. In 2021, they began working at Getir as Influencer Marketing Manager, where they built and managed the Influencer Marketing Department of Getir in the United States, and partnered with brands to create the Getir influencer gifting program. Ryan also served as a Sr. People Operations Specialist, managing HR functions for over 300 store based employees. In 2016, Ryan began working at Target as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, recruiting and staffing a new distribution center with the capacity for over 4,000 team members. Ryan also served as a Human Resources Expert, overseeing over 200 employees, and a Guest Service Lead, managing the operations at the front end of the store. In 2020, Ryan worked as an HR Development Intern at Intel Corporation, assisting the Human Resources Director with various training, development and succession planning tasks. In 2019, they were an Intern at RIESTER, responsible for assisting the director of social media with creating influencer marketing campaigns for clients in multiple industries.

Ryan Kuechler completed their high school education at Desert Mountain High School, graduating with a High School Diploma. Ryan then enrolled in a dual enrollment program at Scottsdale Community College, studying Business/Commerce, General. Finally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Global Management from Arizona State University.
