We're building Ada, a conversational AI for first round tech interviews. No tests, only conversations. Ada can have deep technical discussions with engineering candidates about algorithms, architecture design, programming languages and tech frameworks etc, just like a hiring manager does. Ada is able to give the right hints at the right time, ask increasingly difficult follow up questions to make the discussion more interesting and to identify each candidate's strengths.
