Mika Miinalainen

Mika Miinalainen works as a Business Director at Adafy Oy, where main tasks involve describing and redesigning development processes, analyzing and implementing new development tools, and enhancing cooperation between product development and projects. Prior to this, Mika held various managerial and architect roles at companies such as Cinia and Digia. With a Masters in Science in Computer Science from the University of Eastern Finland, Mika has a strong background in software design and development.
