Charles Wines has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charles began their career as a Store Manager at Joe's Sports in 2000, where they successfully managed the store for nine years. In 2009, they moved on to become a Store Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods, where they demonstrated their leadership skills for over two years. In 2012, Charles joined Petco as a Store Manager and Multi-Unit Project Manager, where they managed multiple locations for five years. In 2017, they joined Adair Homes as a Home Ownership Counselor, responsible for guiding customers through the sales process and achieving significant success in securing home orders. Charles then took on the role of Regional Sales Manager at Adair Homes, where they developed sales goals and strategies for the entire region, recruited and trained salespeople, and maintained a comprehensive understanding of the market.
