Lucy Shorland

Lucy Shorland is an experienced Regional Visual Merchandiser at Adairs Retail Group since December 2020, following a successful tenure as Senior Store Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Seed Heritage from December 2012 to January 2020, where Lucy served as Assistant Manager and Retail Sales Assistant. Additionally, Lucy operated an animal and house-sitting business called The Minder from January 2014 to October 2018. Earlier experience also includes a retail assistant position at Strapper Surf from December 2011 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include a Certificate I in Graphic Design from Shillington Education (2014-2015), a Bachelor of Visual Arts from Deakin University (2013-2014), and VCE from The Geelong College.
