Colin Hofer

Colin Hofer is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the General Manager at Adalina since April 2024, Colin previously held the position of General Manager at Adorn Restaurant within Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities included overseeing 45 staff members and achieving a 23% year-over-year revenue growth. Earlier experience includes roles at Bonhomme Hospitality Group as Wine Director and Director of Education, as well as General Manager at Porto Restaurant, where Colin successfully doubled revenue and earned the establishment its first Michelin star. Colin's career also encompasses managerial positions at Soho House & Co, Beacon Tavern, and Matthew Kenney Cuisine, demonstrating a strong background in business operations and project development. Colin holds a degree from Westmont College and a high school diploma from Reedley High School.
