Carme Rayo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, quality assurance, and project management in the food industry. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager and Bakery R&D Manager at Adam Foods since January 2017, Carme oversees R&D projects for Panrico. Parallel to this role, Carme contributes as a collaborating professor in the Department of Strategy and Business Innovation at ESADE. Previous positions include R&D, Quality and EHS Director and NPD Project Manager at GRUP LASEM, R&D and Industrial Operation Manager at PROCELI S.L, and Sr. Product Developer Scientist & Innovation Project Leader at WRIGLEY MARS. Carme’s career began as R&D Technical Manager at Grupo Panrico and includes a brief stint as a Quality Technical at Grupo Kalise Menorquina.
