Michal Erera Cohen

Michal ErEra Cohen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and psychological assessment. Currently serving as the Recruitment Department Manager and a psychologist-assessor at Adam Milo since March 2012, Michal leads assessment and evaluation projects for the Israel Defense Forces, conducts in-depth interviews and group dynamics for various management levels, and provides guidance to assessors on evaluation techniques. Previously, Michal worked as an examiner and assessor at Keinan-Sheffy Ltd from 2011 to 2012. Education includes a Master of Arts in Occupational Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Haifa (2007-2010).
