Ben Miles

Ben Miles has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Ben is currently the Managing Director at ADAMA AGRICULTURAL SOLUTIONS UK LTD. Prior to this, they held various roles at BASF, including Head of Marketing - Agricultural Solutions UK & Ireland, Head Of Customer Strategy, and AgSolutions Manager. Before joining BASF, Ben worked at Syngenta in Australia and New Zealand as the Territory Marketing Head Australasia and Head of Cereals & SeedCare Australasia. Ben also held roles at Syngenta Crop Protection Pty Ltd in Australia as the Head of Cereals Australasia and Marketing Head - Australasia. Additionally, Ben had a role as the Head of Marketing at Syngenta Crop Protection UK Ltd. Ben started their career as a Non Executive Director at First4Farming, where they provided objective input to the business during its expansion.

Ben Miles completed their Bachelor of Science with Honours in Applied Biology at Liverpool John Moores University from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended The Kings School, Chester from 1979 to 1987, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General.
