Rebecca Tierney

Rebecca Tierney is the Co-Founder and CEO of AdaMarie, launched in June 2021, which aims to create gender equity in STEM by connecting women with essential resources and opportunities, while assisting corporations in achieving their DEI goals. Prior to this role, Tierney served as a Senior Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from May 2011 to June 2021 and worked as an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at Children's Hospital Los Angeles from August 2010 to April 2011. Tierney also gained experience as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson at the United States District Court, Central District of California in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from USC Gould School of Law, a Post-Baccalaureate in Ceramics and Sculpture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in English (Creative Writing) and Sculpture from the University of Southern California.
