Lisa Skelly, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the HR field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the ADAMH Board of Franklin County since October 2022, Lisa previously held the same title at YWCA Columbus from October 2019 to November 2022. Prior to that, Lisa worked at Manpower for over 13 years, beginning as a Staffing Specialist and advancing to a Senior Staffing Specialist and Onsite Coordinator. Lisa's expertise encompasses key HR functions including recruiting, employee retention, performance management, and compliance with employment law. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Franklin University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
