Erika Clark Jones, MPPA has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Erika currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the ADAMH Board of Franklin County since 2020. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, they were the Executive Director of CelebrateOne, where they successfully led a coalition to reduce infant deaths in Franklin County. From 2015 to 2017, Erika worked as the Director of Community Strategies at Columbus Public Health. Before that, they held multiple positions at the City of Columbus, including Deputy Director, Director of Homeless and Social Service Advocacy, and Director of Policy/Senior Policy Advisor. In these roles, they developed and implemented strategic plans, facilitated government and business processes, and ensured operational efficiency.
Erika Clark Jones, MPPA, holds an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they are expected to complete by 2025. Erika also holds a Master of Public Policy & Administration (MPPA) degree from Northwestern University, specializing in Public Administration. Prior to their MPPA, Erika obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Capital University. Erika'sundergraduate studies at the University of Chicago focused on Political Science and Government.
