Jessica Anderson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Adams since March 2023, Jessica previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at EC Scott Group from February 2019 to January 2023, where notable achievements included training new staff and garnering awards for sales performance. Prior to that, Jessica held the position of Program Specialist with the Lake County Board of County Commissioners, managing adult literacy programs and overseeing significant budgets. Experience also includes roles as a Library Assistant II for Volusia County and a Specialist E-4 in the Army National Guard. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Photography from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Science degree in Photographic Technology from Daytona State College.
