Marianna Johnson possesses a diverse background in customer service, accounts payable, and culinary management, with significant experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Customer Service Lead at Adams since April 2022, Marianna's previous roles include Accounts Payable Specialist at Automation Controls, Inc. and multiple positions at High Road, ranging from Accounts Receivable Specialist to Operational Excellence & Improvement Manager. Additional experience includes leadership roles at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as well as management positions at Catholic Heart Work Camp. Marianna holds a degree in Food Service Management and Entrepreneurship from Johnson & Wales University and has developed strong customer service skills throughout a career that has involved direct interactions with clients and management of operational processes.
