Holly Rook, ASA, is a seasoned business valuation professional with extensive experience in serving middle market companies. Currently, Holly holds the position of Business Valuation Leader and Principal at Adams Brown since July 2023. Prior roles include Business Valuation Manager at Pinion, Valuation Manager at Venture First, and Manager of Corporate Finance at Allen, Gibbs & Houlik, L.C. Additionally, Holly worked as an independent consultant and a Supervisor at RSM US LLP, where expertise in fair value determination for financial assets was developed. Holly began the career providing valuation services as a Consultant at K·Coe Isom after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southwestern College.
