Reli Sulioti

CFO & Senior Vice President at Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Inc.

Mr. Reli Sulioti, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined ACET with over 20 years of extensive leadership experience in all aspects of general and cost accounting, HR, financing, budgeting forecasting and staff supervision. He has a vast experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting, GAAP accounting and business development in both commercial and Government sectors. His in-depth knowledge of the Sarbanes Oxley Act, Government Contracting Industry, experience with DCAA, the FAR, and CAS has directly contributed to consistent improvements in cost savings, documentation, and accountable transparency at ACET.

Prior to joining ACET, Mr. Sulioti was the Director of Finance – Assistant Controller at ICF International, a $ 950M publicly traded consulting firm that partners with Government and commercial clients, domestically and internationally. Mr. Sulioti also served as an Assistant Controller at L-3 Communications/LOTS, a $753M division of a publicly traded company that mainly served the DOD. Mr. Sulioti has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tirana in Albania and a Master of Science in Accounting from McGill University in Canada. In addition, Mr. Sulioti is a CPA for the state of Virginia. Overall, he is a strong intercultural communicator who is well-versed in cross-cultural business practices and has been a resource to ACET for many years.
