Pete Luke is an experienced professional in the human resources field, currently serving as the Compensation and HRIS Manager for Adams County Government since January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing compensation, HRIS, and performance management administration. Prior to this role, Pete held various positions at the City of Boulder from June 2013 to January 2018, culminating in the role of Compensation Manager, where development and administration of compensation strategies were key functions. Pete's earlier career included roles at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, focusing on assessment and development, and extensive experience in test and measurement practices. Pete holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Alabama and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Xavier University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
