Rena Martinez

Rena Martinez has over 14 years of experience in case management and coaching within Colorado's welfare system. Currently serving as a Colorado Works Case Manager for Adams County Government since July 2017, Rena has demonstrated expertise in guiding clients through employment acquisition and retention, managing supportive services, and conducting assessments to identify barriers to employment. Prior experience includes working as a Colorado Works Coach at Boulder County Department of Housing and Human Services from September 2009 to May 2017, where responsibilities involved conducting orientations on TANF regulations, creating employment plans, and analyzing monthly caseloads. Rena holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 1994 and 1999.
